Building office premises in Stockholm

AF Gruppen subsidiary Betonmast Stockholm has signed a contract with the real estate company Skandia Fastigheter to construct a new office block in the Stockholm suburb of Solna. This turnkey project is worth SEK 345 million excluding VAT.

The Ballongberget residential area in Solna, to the north of Stockholm’s city centre, will be developed into a vibrant city district featuring housing, offices, and green spaces. Ballongberget Kvarter B includes the construction from scratch of a 12-storey office block and associated parking. The total area is approx. 12,000 square metres. The project will be environmentally certified in accordance with BREEAM Very Good.

Construction will start in the third quarter. The project is due for completion in the fourth quarter of 2024.
