Logistics Center Contract in Norrköping

Kanonaden Entreprenad, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, will carry out the site preparation and civil engineering work for Klinga Logistics Park in Norrköping, a new logistics area covering 20 hectares of land. The client is Klinga Logistikpark AB. The contract is a turnkey contract with a value of approximately SEK 200 million excl. VAT.

Klinga Logistics Park will offer modern logistics buildings for a total of approx. 100,000 square meters with proximity to Sweden's largest cities and with transport options via road, air, train, and boat.

The establishment involves extensive site preparations and civil engineering work with high requirements for deliberate planning.

Site preparations will begin in September and is scheduled for completion during the spring of 2024. The first stage of Klinga Logistics Park is expected to be completed and ready for occupancy during the spring of 2023.
