To build apartments in Gothenburg
Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with the real estate developer Sverigehuset for the construction of an apartment complex in the centre of Gothenburg. The contract, which is a turnkey contract, and has a value of approximately SEK 316 million excl. VAT.
The project Stigbergshyllan includes the construction of 187 apartments divided into three buildings, each nine stories tall. Total area is about 16,000 square meters.

Construction will start during the first quarter of 2022, with expected completion during the second quarter of 2024.
