To build apartments in the Stockholm region

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with the real estate developer RO Properties for the construction of an apartment project in Nynäshamn, south of Stockholm. The contract, which is a turnkey contract, has a value of approximately SEK 145 million excl. VAT.

The project “Panorama” includes the construction of 106 apartments in a total of three buildings. The total area is about 7,800 square meters, including common areas and underlying garage facilities. The project is environmentally certified in accordance with Miljöbyggnad Silver.

“In the Stockholm region, this is our first project for RO Properties. Previously we have worked together on a project in Malmö, and now we look forward to a further good collaboration on this project”, says Jørgen Evensen, CEO of Betonmast.

Construction will start during the first quarter of 2022 with expected completion during the fourth quarter of 2023.
