To build student homes in Stockholm
Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has through Betonmast Mälardalen signed a contract with Ailon Partners AB to build 355 student homes in Kista, in western Stockholm. The contract is a design and build contract valued at approximately SEK 300 million excluding VAT. The total gross area is 12,000 square metres.
Occupation is scheduled for the autumn of 2021.
