Betonmast to build rental apartments in Gothenburg for Ahlqvist Krokslätt

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Ahlqvist Krokslätt to build 108 rental apartments in Gothenburg. The design and build contract is valued at approximately SEK 130 million excluding VAT.

The apartments to be built will all have one room and a kitchen. The total gross area will be around 6,000 square metres. Building is scheduled to start in the third quarter of 2020, and occupation is planned for the first quarter of 2022.

“We are very pleased to contribute to building more homes in Gothenburg. This will be a welcome addition to the market for small apartments in the city,” says CEO Jørgen Evensen of Betonmast.
