New parking garage with apartments in Gothenburg
Betonmast, an AF Gruppen subsidiary, has entered into contract with Framtiden Byggutveckling AB to build a parking garage with 29 rental apartments at Hisingen in Gothenburg. The contract is a turnkey contract valued at approximately SEK 107 million.
The project comprises a total of seven floors, with the top two floors accommodating 29 rental apartments. A spacious roof terrace is planned for the sixth floor.
The GBA will be around 8,000 square metres. The project is starting immediately, and completion is scheduled for March 2022.
