Construction of office buildings in Trondheim

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Realinvest AS for the construction of an office building in Leangen in Trondheim. The contract is a turn key contract valued at approximately NOK 150 million, excluding VAT.

In total, the project will be approx. 9 500 m2, and will in addition to office space, include service areas on the ground floor, as well as basement garage facilities. The new office building is planned to be energy class A, and is certified as being BREEAM Very Good.

- The collaborative process with Realinvest and their representative at Byggherrerådgiveren prior to the signing of the contract has gone well. This is the second office building we are constructing for Realinvest in Trondheim, and we of course appreciate renewing the trust, says Jørgen Evensen, CEO of Betonmast.

The project is subject to funding. Construction is scheduled for April 2021 and is expected to be completed in June 2022.
