Appointed turnkey contractor for new solid wood building in Østfold

Sørby Utleie AS has appointed AF Gruppen as turnkey contractor for the new building and outdoor areas at Holtskogen in the municipality of Hobøl.

The contract consists of the erection of a warehouse, workshop, car wash and offices. The total GFA is 7600 m2 while the contract has a total value of NOK 113 million excluding VAT. Contracted works are scheduled to begin in August 2019 and handover is expected to take place in July 2020.
