Offshore decommissioning project for AF Gruppen

Further to the stock exchange announcement of 11 April 2017 where AF Gruppen, as a subcontractor of Heerema Marine Contractors (HMC), entered into a contract with ConocoPhillips Skandinavia AS for the removal and disposal of platforms connected to the Ekofisk field in the North Sea.

Today, a call-off order was made regarding an option in the contract encompassing engineering, preparations, removal and disposal (EPRD) for an additional platform with a total tonnage of approximately 14,000 tonnes. The platform will be removed and disposed in the period 2022-2024.
