AF Gruppen to build 56 apartments at Lørenskog

AF Gruppen has signed a contract with Usbl Utbygging AS for the execution of the third construction stage of the project "Solheimstunet" at Lørenskog.

Solheimstunet CS3 consists of 56 apartments divided over two buildings. One of the buildings will be built on existing basement, while the other building will be constructed with basement.

The project is carried out as a design and build contract with a value of MNOK 125 ex. VAT. Start-up is scheduled to Q3 2018 with completion summer 2020. The construction of the project is subject to sufficient advanced sales. Sales are expected to start in early June.

"AF has executed several apartment projects at Lørenskog, among other Rolvsrud Park and Thurmannskogen. AF looks forward to the cooperation with Usbl on this project", says Morten Grongstad, CEO of AF Gruppen.

"The first two construction stages of Solheimstunet have sold well, and several buyers have already moved in. We are now looking forward to starting sales of stage 3. Many of our members have already voiced an interest in this fantastic project, and we therefore expect it to sell well and that construction will be able to start in the third quarter of this year, as planned," says Johan Bruun, managing director of USBL.
