As a consequence of the recent share issue in AF

Gruppen ASA, ØMF Holding AS' shareholdings falls below

the 15 percent threshold for disclosure of large

shareholdings. ØMF Holding AS is a related party to

Tore Thorstensen, Chairman of the Board in AF Gruppen

ASA and ØMF Holding AS.

After the share issue, ØMF Holding AS with its

13,884,030 shares in AF Gruppen ASA, owns 14.98 % of

the shares and voting rights in AF Gruppen ASA, as to

previously 15.12 %.
