AF completes the acquisition of H.A. Bygg Entreprenad AB

With reference to the notice to the stock exchange of 13 February 2026, where AF Gruppen disclosed entry into an agreement to acquire 70 percent of the shares in H.A. Bygg Entreprenad AB.

Today AF Gruppen has completed the acquisition of these shares. The remaining 30 per cent of the shares in H.A. Bygg Entreprenad AB are owned by its employees.

H.A. Bygg Entreprenad AB will remain a separate company and will be part of the business unit AF Bygg Syd AB and Sweden business area in AF Gruppen.
