Sells Betonmast Telemark

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed an agreement with a group of investors to sell its subsidiary Betonmast Telemark. Betonmast Telemark’s managing director are among the investors, together with other senior management.

In 2021, Betonmast Bergen had a turnover of approximately NOK 300 million.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the price. The agreement is expected to be finalised during February.
