Building 38 apartments at Grünerløkka, Oslo

AF Gruppen has signed a contract with Fredensborg Bolig to build 38 apartments at Grünerløkka in Oslo. The contract is a turnkey contract valued at NOK 157 million, excluding VAT.

The project comprises a gross area of 4,000 square metres and involves 19 penthouse apartments in Sannergata 32, Dælenenggata 40 and Christies gate 19, as well as 19 apartments in a new courtyard building. In addition, three new elevator buildings will be built. The contract also includes fire safety systems for 158 existing apartments. The new loft buildings will be built with wooden roof elements and massive wood load bearings.

Construction is scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2021, with completion in the fourth quarter of 2022.
