AF with new building contract at Hasle

AF Gruppen (AFG) has entered into an agreement with

Bøkkerveien 5 AS (Höegh Eiendom and AF Eiendom) for

the construction of a new office building at Hasle.

The building will among others be the new head office

for Securitas.

The agreement covers construction of an eight-story

office building as well as two basement levels. Total

gross area for the project is 15.000 m2. The building

will achieve Energy label A, "passive house" and will

be classified according to BREEAM-NOR - "Very Good".

The turnkey project has a contract value of NOK 280

million excluding VAT. Building will commence in Q4

2015 with completion in Q1 2018.
