AF Group sells up to 60 % of Miljøbase Vats AS

We refer to the notice made public on 19.08.2010

regarding Miljøbase Vats AS, a wholly owned company

by AF Miljø AS, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen ASA (AFG).

The Board of AF Miljø AS has decided to sell up to 60

% of the shares in Miljøbase Vats AS. The shares will

be offered to all shareholders of AF Gruppen ASA

(AFG) as of October 15th 2010.

A final prospectus is prepared and approved by The

Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway as of 14

October 2010 and can be downloaded from the AF

Group's website, www.afgruppen.no from Friday October

15th. The prospectus, which describes the objects of

the sale, articles of association, lease agreements

and financing, will also be sent by mail to

shareholders of AF Gruppen ASA.

The prospectus will also be available from the start

of the offering period (21 October 2010) at AF

Gruppen ASA and Fondsfinans ASA, and on

www.fondsfinans.no.
