The Board of Directors of AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) has on April 10, 2024, approved the annual accounts for 2023. Profit before tax was NOK 700 million. Tax expense was NOK 185 million and annual profit was NOK 515 million.

The Board of Directors will as previously communicated propose to the General Meeting a dividend payment of NOK 3.50 per share for the first half-year.
