AF Gruppen to build 87 apartments at Skedsmokorset

AF Gruppen has signed a contract with Romerike Boligutvikling AS, a subsidiary of BORI BBL, to build the residential project Husebyhagen at Skedsmokorset in Akershus.

Husebyhagen is a new residential project developed by Romerike Boligutvikling AS, and is located at Skedsmokorset in Akershus. Romerike Boligutvikling AS has developed the project in collaboration with Senior Norge, and it is aimed in particular at home buyers above the age of 50.

The contract comprises two construction stages that include building 87 apartments in seven buildings with an underground cellar. The project is planned to be carried out as a design and build contract and has an estimated value of NOK 234 million, excluding VAT.

Construction is scheduled to start in Q3 2018, with completion expected for Q3 2020. The go-ahead is subject to sufficient advance sales.
