LAB Entreprenør to build Hardangerbadet

LAB Entreprenør AS, a company in AF Gruppen (AFG), has signed a contract with Hardangerbadet Eigedom AS and Kvammabadet KF for the construction of the Hardangerbadet project.

Hardangerbadet AS and LAB Entreprenør AS have developed the project over a long period. Hardangerbadet is a combination building that contains areas such as a competition and therapy pool, privately-run family and adventure pool, doctor's surgery and other health-related activities. The building will also have a pharmacy and a display centre for seafood production.

Hardangerbadet is scheduled as a turnkey contract and has a contract value of NOK 166 million excluding VAT. Start-up is in the beginning of May 2018 with expected opening mid-December 2019.
