AF Gruppen to build Storebukta for Solon Eiendom

AF Gruppen has signed an agreement with Solon Eiendom to build Storebukta, a housing project consisting of 80 units in Kolbotn.

Storebukta consists of 67 flats in two buildings with basements and 13 townhouses. The project is centrally located in Kolbotn in Oppegård.

The project will be a turnkey contract, worth about NOK 240 million ex. VAT. The project has already sold well and planning will start immediately. Construction is scheduled to start in Q3 2018, while completion is expected in Q3 2020.
