The Board of Directors of AF Gruppen ASA has on March 30, 2023, approved the annual accounts for 2022. Profit before tax was NOK 1,400 million. Tax expense was NOK 248 million and annual profit was NOK 1,151 million.

Due to the group's strong financial position, The Board of Directors will as previously communicated propose to the General Meeting a dividend payment of NOK 6.50 per share for the first half-year.
