Regarding Extraordinary General Meeting 2 April 2020

Reference is made to notice of Extraordinary General Meeting dated 12 March 2020. The meeting will be held 2 April 2020 as previously communicated.

Due to infection control considerations related to the COVID-19 virus the meeting will be carried out through an online solution. AF Gruppen’s shareholders will receive the necessary information on how to access the solution.

Attached is an example of the information distributed to shareholders.

Shareholders who wish to cast an advance vote by way of proxy may still do so as described in the notice.
