BACAU informs the shareholders and the interested investors that the "Annual Report for the Financial Year 2022", issued in accordance with the applicable accounting regulations, will be transmitted to the BVB (Bucharest Stock Exchange) and ASF (Financial Supervisory Authority), and published in the single electronic format (ESEF) on the company website at the address: www.aerostar.ro./Investors Relation/ Periodic Reports/Year 2023 on the date of 21 April 2023, at 80 am.
