AEROSTAR S.A. with headoffice in Bacau, 9 Condorilor St, in accordance with the provisions of Bucharest Stock Exchange Code (article 99) hereby informs all the shareholders and investors in connection with the signature with the County Council Iasi, on the date of 7 September 2017, of the Lease (concession) of a surface area of 16.000 sm of ground, for an initial duration of 49 years, located within the premises of the Iasi International Airport in the purpose to build in the future a new production facility for civil maintenance (MRO) activities for civil aircraft.
