Aeris Resources Limited (ASX: AIS) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Aeris Resources Limited (‘AIS’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AIS, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 24 September 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Aeris Resources Limited (ASX:AIS) (Company) - Request for Trading Halt

The Company requests that an immediate trading halt of its securities be granted by the ASX with effect prior to the commencement of trading on 20 September 2018.

• For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information: a) the trading halt is requested pending the release of an ASX announcement by the Company regarding a proposed capital raising;

  • b) the Company requests the trading halt remain in place until the commencement of normal trading on 24 September 2018; and

  • c) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
