COMPLETION OF SALE OF BLAYNEY EXPLORATION PROJECT

Further to the ASX announcement on 23 February 2017, Aeris Resources Limited (Aeris) is pleased to advise that it has today completed the sale agreement of the Blayney exploration project (EL5922) in New South Wales to LFB Resources NL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Regis Resources Limited (ASX: RRL).
