PRE-QUOTATION DISCLOSURE

Straits Metals Limited (the “Company”) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited on Tuesday, 1 February 2011.

Official Quotation of the Company’s securities will commence at 10:09am ±15 seconds AEDT (7:09 am WST) on Wednesday 2 February 2011 on a deferred settlement basis.
