STRAITS RESOURCES LIMITED (ASX: SRQ) Resignation of Director

Michael Gibson has stepped down today from his role as Executive Director, Corporate & Finance.

Michael has played an instrumental role in the restructuring of the Straits Group, and its predecessor company, including the demerger that occurred in February 2011. Straits wishes to thank him for his significant contribution.

Straits is pleased that Michael’s skills will not be entirely lost to the group, as he will continue to be involved with Straits in a consulting capacity.
