Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 14 June 2019 where Aega ASA (the "Company") announced that holders of warrants issued by the Company had exercised warrants giving a right to subscribe 400,000 new shares in the Company (the "New Shares").

The share capital increase of the New Shares has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today. Following the registration, the share capital of the Company is NOK 48,375,949 divided into 48,375,949 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00.
