Aega ASA is a Norwegian listed investment company with main focus on the Italian solar power market.

During Q2 Aega had one operating solar park. Total production was 462 668 kwh. This is 2.6 per cent below the base case due to low irradiation in the quarter.

Total revenues in the second quarter was EUR 210 000 with an EBITDA of EUR 66 000. The reported result for the period including FX effects was a loss of Euro 303 000.

Aega’s main focus in Q2 has been to finish the due diligence of the solar park Villapiana Fotovoltaico, and to pursue other investment opportunities in the Italian solar market. The Villapiana transaction was finalised 30 July 2020.
