AEFFE SPA: ITALIAN STOCK EXCHANGE RULES EXCLUSION FROM STAR QUALIFICATION FOLLOWING COMPANY'S REQUEST

San Giovanni in Marignano, December 16, 2025. Following the announcement made on November 28, Aeffe SpA ( Aeffe or the Company ) – a luxury company listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of the Euronext Milan market of Borsa Italiana, which operates in the ready-to-wear , footwear and leather goods sectors with international brands, including Alberta Ferretti, Moschino and Pollini – informs that on 12th December 2025, following the request submitted by Aeffe, Borsa Italiana has ordered, with notice no. 55955, the exclusion from STAR qualification of the ordinary shares issued by the Company and the consequent transfer of the same to the Euronext Milan market with effect from December 22, 2025.
