AEFFE SPA: RESIGNATION OF THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, MANAGER RESPONSIBLE FOR DRAFTING OF CORPORATE ACCOUNTING DOCUMENTS AND INVESTOR RELATOR
San Giovanni in Marignano, 29 April 2026. Aeffe SpA ( Aeffe or the Company ) - a luxury company, listed on the Euronext Milan market of the Italian Stock Exchange, which operates in both the ready-to-wear sector both in the footwear and leather goods sector with highly renowned brands, including Alberta Ferretti, Moschino, and Pollini - announces that today Dr. Rocco Bennici – CFO, Manager responsible for preparing corporate accounting documents, and Investor Relator of the Company – has resigned, effective June 9, 2026, to take on a new professional challenge.
Based on the information available to the Company, as of today, Dr. Bennici holds 8,500 Aeffe shares. Furthermore, no severance pay or other benefits are expected upon termination of his office.
The Company will begin the process of identifying the individual(s) to whom the roles held up to the effective date of Dr. Bennici's resignation will be entrusted.
