AEFFE SPA: RICCARDO BAGOLIN IS THE NEW GENERAL MANAGER

San Giovanni in Marignano, 28 May 2026. Aeffe SpA ( Aeffe or the Company ) – a company listed on the Euronext Milan market of the Italian Stock Exchange, a leader in the fashion and luxury sector – announces that, on 27 May 2026, the Board of Directors resolved (with the favorable opinion of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee) to appoint Dr. Riccardo Bagolin as General Manager of the Company, effective 3 June 2026.

Dr. Bagolin has extensive managerial experience in international industrial contexts in the fashion, textile, and apparel sectors, with cross-disciplinary expertise in operations, supply chain, corporate reorganization, and management of complex transformation and crisis processes. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions in leading industrial companies such as Stefanel SpA and OVS SpA, operating both in Italy and Asia, coordinating projects for organizational efficiency, operational process review, and industrial development.

The new General Manager will further support the management of Aeffe and Pollini in the recovery process, with a coordination role in close collaboration with the Chief Restructuring Officer , Stefano Falliti.
