San Giovanni in Marignano, 21st December 2021- In addition to the information contained in the press release issued on 17th December 2021, AEFFE informs that the resignation from the office of executive director of the Company has been resigned by Mr. Tassinari in the context and in line with the termination of his role of general manager, in accordance with the agreement concluded with him, to safeguard the cohesion of the management group and with the aim to simplify and optimize the dynamics of the strategic direction of the Company, shortening the chain of command and enhancing the organizational structure of the entire Group.
