Further to the intimation letter dated August 02, 2025, we hereby inform that the Company has completed an additional investment of ₹ 2.5 million in the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company – Advanced Nutrazyme Private Limited ["ANPL"] by way of investing in the rights issue of 2,50,000 Equity Shares of ₹ 10 each. With this, the investment of the Company in ANPL has increased to ₹3 million divided into 3,00,000 Equity Shares of ₹10 each.
