NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Nellcas University gives a program for the promotion of Nefcast® 201 at the Comparative Act, 2013, head with Inventors Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, as amended ("Rules"), the Company is required to transfer all equity shares in respect of which the dividend has not been paid or claimed for seven consecutive years or more and also the unclaimed 4% Shares in Inventor Education and Protection Fund (IEFP) Account established by the Central Government.
In terms of various requirements set out in the Rules, the Company is required to transfer shares of those shareholders who have not claimed their dividends for the last seven consecutive years i.e., from the financial year of 2013 to 2016, in this regard, the Company has understood individually to the concerned shareholders in their registered address. Whole shares are liable to be transferred to IEFP Account under the law. Rules for having appropriate authority.
The Company has calculated full details of such shareholders and shares due not outside to IEFP Account on its website or www.eefast.com, placed under Inventors Information. The shareholders may note that such shares (transferred to IEFP can be claimed back from IEFP Authority after following the provisions prescribed in the Rules).
In case the Company does not receive any communication from the concerned shareholders, the Company 10th August 2020 for claim of a share/wholesale from the financial year 2016 (16 onwards), the Company shall, with a view to complying with the requirements set out in the Rules, transfer the shares to the IEFP Account as per provisions stipulated in the Rules.
