Subject: Allotment of 500 Equity Shares under the Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited – Employees Stock Options Scheme 2022 of the Company. Ref: ISIN: INE837H01020

The Security Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held

today, has approved the allotment of 500 Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 2 per share pursuant to the Exercise of Options under Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited – Employees Stock Options Scheme 2022. These shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from ₹ 22,37,61,300 comprising of 11,18,80,650 Equity Shares of ₹ 2 each to ₹ 22,37,62,300 comprising of 11,18,81,150 Equity Shares of ₹ 2 each.
