This is to inform that the Meeting of Board of Directors of Company is scheduled to be held through video conference on Tuesday, November 02, 2021 , inter alia , to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.

Closure of Trading Window:

Further to our letter dated September 30, 2021 intimating closure of Trading Window from October 01, 2021, we wish to inform you that for the above mentioned purpose, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed up to November 04, 2021 (Thursday).
