This is to inform that the Meeting of Board of Directors of Company is scheduled to be held through video conference on Saturday, August 07, 2021 , inter alia , to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.

Closure of Trading Window:

Further to our letter dated June 30, 2021 intimating closure of Trading Window from July 01, 2021, we wish to inform you that for the above mentioned purpose, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed up to August 09, 2021.
