Sub: Update on acquisition of additional stake of 5.89% in JC Biotech Private Limited, subsidiary i.e. increase in shareholding from 89.83% to 95.72% Ref.: Intimation dated February 10, 2024

Further to our letter dated February 10, 2024, we would like to inform that the Company has completed the acquisition of additional stake of 5.89% in JC Biotech Private Limited,

subsidiary [“ JCB ”] by way of purchase of 12,18,976 Equity Shares from few selling shareholders of JCB, for a consideration of Rs. 56.07 Million i.e. Rs. 46 per Equity Share. In view of this, the shareholding of the Company in JCB has increased from 89.83% to 95.72% of paid-up share capital of JCB.
