Sub.: Update on Conversion of loan including interest, as was earlier granted by the Wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company i.e. Advanced Enzymes Europe B.V., Netherlands [“AEE”] to the Step down Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company i.e. evoxx technologies GmbH [“evoxx”]

Further to the letter dated November 11, 2022 and April 07, 2023, we would like to inform that it is informed by the subsidiary to the Company, that the conversion of the loan granted by Advanced Enzymes Europe BV, Netherlands (“ AEE ”) [wholly owned subsidiary of the Company] to evoxx technologies GmbH (“ evoxx ”) [wholly owned subsidiary of AEE] has been completed and evoxx has issued 43,307 Equity shares to the AEE in this regard. evoxx continues to be the wholly-owned subsidiary of the AEE and there is no change in the percentage shareholding (100%) of AEE in evoxx.

This intimation is also being uploaded on the website of the Company i.e. www.advancedenzymes.com. This is for your information and for public at large.
