Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (“SEBI Listing Regulations”) and SEBI Master Circular - SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, the Company had informed the Stock Exchanges on March 11, 2026, regarding resignation of Mr. Dipak Roda, Senior Vice President - Marketing and Business Development effective from the close of the business hours on April 09, 2026

Further, in continuation of the aforesaid intimation, and in accordance with sub-para 7C of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the resignation letter, along with the reasons for resignation, is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
