Intimation of Board Meeting and record date for interim dividend, if declared by the Board:

This is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024 , inter alia , to consider the following:

 To consider & approve annual Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2024 along with results of the fourth quarter;

 To consider & recommend Final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, and/or to consider & declare Interim Dividend, if any for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

The Record date for determining the shareholders for the payment of the aforesaid Interim Dividend for FY2024-25, if any declared by the Board of Directors of the Company shall be Saturday, May 18, 2024.

Closure of Trading Window:

Further to our letter dated March 29, 2024 intimating closure of Trading Window, we wish to inform you

that the “Trading Window” for dealing in the Securities of the Company will continue to remain closed up to May 13, 2024 .
