We would like to inform that Mr. Kedar J. Desai, Independent Director, will cease to be the Director of the Company with effect from March 31, 2024 (end of business hours) due to the completion of his second term of five years as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company.

The Board members appreciated the valuable contribution, inputs, and guidance provided by Mr. Kedar Desai during his long association as an Independent Director of the Company.
