This is to inform you that the Meeting of Board of Directors of Company is scheduled to be held through video conference on Saturday, May 29, 2021 , inter alia , to consider the following:

• Approval of annual Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 along with results of the fourth quarter;

• Recommendation of the Final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2021.

Closure of Trading Window:

Further to our letter dated March 31, 2021 intimating closure of Trading Window, we wish to inform you that the “Trading Window” for dealing in the Securities of the Company will continue to remain closed up to Monday, May 31, 2021 .
