Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in furtherance to our letter dated May 11, 2024 intimating that the final Dividend of ₹ 1.1/- per Equity Share of ₹ 2/- each for the financial year 2023-24 (“FY24”) is recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company, it is hereby informed that Record Date has been fixed as Thursday, July 18, 2024 , for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of the Members to the said final Dividend for FY24, if approved (declared) at the 35[th] AGM:
