Sub: Intimation regarding divestment of a Joint Venture (JV) company by a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
Ref: Disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that the Company has received an intimation (on March 2, 2026 at 5:27 P.M. IST) from Kutch Copper Limited, (“KCL”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, that KCL has divested its entire 50% stake in Praneetha Ecocables Limited (“PEL”) on March 2, 2026 and consequently PEL has ceased to be JV of KCL.
The details of the above acquisition (as required to be furnished pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30[th] January, 2026) are given as under:

PVPL and PEL are part of business adjacencies and ecosystem like other AEL businesses (e.g. vendor ecosystem for Adani New Industries Limited etc). |
