With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that Adani Road Transport Limited (“ ARTL ”), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated a WOS namely, “Badakumari Karki Road Private Limited” on 12[th] April, 2021.
