Ref: Disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations").

With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform that Adani Airport Holdings Limited (“AAHL”), the flagship holding company of Adani Group for its airports business and a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited ("the Company") has signed Share Subscription Agreement with Flemingo Travel Retail Private Limited (“Flemingo”) and Mumbai Travel Retail Private Limited (“MTRPL”) for the purpose of strategic partnership to operate duty free outlets in airports and seaports.
